Our Leasing Consultants are often the first point of contact for our customers. Your ability to build and maintain positive relationships with prospective residents as you provide a professional, positive and engaging experience while touring our apartment homes will be essential. If you enjoy being the host and making others feel welcomed and at ease, read on!  

Our Leasing Consultants are often found with a smile on their face, excited to engage and showcase the properties that they are proud to be managing. Every day can differ in property management, we are looking for someone with an energetic personality with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and think fast on their feet. You will be the main point of contact for future and current tenants. Some of the tasks will include processing applications, preparing lease files and assisting with ongoing income certifications.

The field of property management can be challenging but the satisfaction
you'll receive from helping others find their new home, is unmatched!

Key Qualifications:

  • The ability to provide superior customer service. Leasing and/or sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Desire to bring your A-game to work every day. Be a motivated self-starter with a make-it-happen attitude.
  • Use of effective sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic in order to maintain occupancy. Ability to "close the deal"
  • Ability to organize the schedule according to the priorities and meet deadlines.
